Welkom bij Aemstelburgh
ALTC De Aemstelburgh is een gezellige familie vereniging aan de rand van het Amsterdamse Bos. Op deze mooie locatie kun je tennissen op veertien nieuwe- en verlichte gravelbanen, niet alle in de zomer maar ook in de winter bij droog weer (en geen vorst). Het park heeft geen binnenbanen. Ook aan de kleintjes is gedacht, zij kunnen lekker hun gang gaan op de minibanen en het muurtje. Voor jong en oud, en alles daartussen, is er volop ruimte om recreatief te tennissen, (ladder) competitie te spelen, lessen te volgen om je techniek te verbeteren of om tijdens de toss nieuwe mensen te leren kennen om een balletje mee te slaan. Bij Aemstelburgh kunnen jong en oud naar hartenlust tennissen.
Welcome at Aemstelburgh
ALTC De Aemstelburgh is a family club on the edge of the Amsterdamse Bos. At this beautiful location you can play tennis on fourteen new and floodlit clay courts, not all in summer but also in winterwhen the weather is dry (and no frost). The park has no indoor courts. The little ones have also been thought of, they can enjoy themselves on the mini-tracks and the wall. For young and old, and everything in between, there is plenty of room to play tennis recreationally, play (internal) competition, take lessons to improve your technique or meet new people during the toss. At Aemstelburgh, young and old can play tennis to their heart's content.

We hopen dat deze website voldoende informatie biedt om lid te worden of om eens op ons park langs te komen. Op dit moment is er GEEN wachtlijst en nemen we dus graag senioren- en juniorleden aan. Lees ook meer informatie over tennislessen, competitie, tossavonden etc. Als lid word je op de hoogte gehouden via de website, clubapp, Facebook, mail, Clubapp en nieuwsbrieven. Nieuwe leden leren snel andere leden kennen via de diverse toernooien de toss of de (ladder)competitie.
Ledenadministratie
Aanmelden/afmelden lidmaatschap
De ledenadministratie is bij per e-mail te bereiken: ledenadministratie@aemstelburgh.nl. Het online aanmeldingsformulier en de contributie tarieven kun je op de website vinden.
Een lidmaatschap loopt van 1 januari t/m 31 december en wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij je voor 1 december van het lopende lidmaatschapsjaar opzegt bij de ledenadministratie per e-mail. De opzegging is pas definitief als je een bevestiging van opzegging hebt ontvangen van de ledenadministratie. Als je na een week nog niets hebt ontvangen neem dan nogmaals contact op. Een opzegging bij een andere instantie dan de ledenadministratie (bijv. een trainer) is GEEN geldige opzegging en kan derhalve niet worden verwerkt.
De contributie wordt half maart geind. De betaling loopt via ClubCollect. Je leest hier alles over op de pagina contributies.
Email adres en inloggen op de website en clubapp
Het is van groot belang dat wij beschikken over je juiste e-mail adres Je ontvangt daarop o.a je facturen en clubinformatie. Je kunt inloggen via de website met je email adres en een wachtwoord aanvragen. Je kunt hier je persoonlijke gegevens (adres, bankgegevens ) opvragen en eventueel aanpassen. Ook vind je hier een overzicht van je facturen. Daarnaast beschikken wij over een clubapp. Daar ontvangt ieder lid een uitnodiging voor.
Daarnaast heb je toegang tot de ledenlijst en de fotoalbums. (op de website onder ledeninformatie) en de KNLTB competitie indelingen (respectievelijk onder senioren en jeugd) Mocht het inloggen niet lukken dan kun je altijd de ledenadministratie mailen.
KNLTB lidmaatschapspas en (pas)foto
Om bij Aemstelburgh te kunnen tennissen heb je een KNLTB-lidmaatschapspas nodig. Deze vind je op de clubapp een paar dagen na je aanmelding.
Voor de pas hebben we een (pas)foto nodig (formaat niet kleiner dan 300 x 400 pixels). De foto kun je uploaden op het aanmeldingsformulier. Zonder pasfoto kun je niet deelnemen aan de competitie of KNLTB toernooien. De lidmaatschapspas verschijnt digitaal op de clubapp waarvoor je uitnodiging ontvangt bij aanvang van het lidmaatschap
Park en horeca in eigen beheer
Aemstelburgh heeft de bar en het park in eigen beheer. Dit betekent dat er vrijwilligers op allerlei gebieden nodig zijn. Meld je aan bij de ledenadministratie of de verschillende commissies. Bij de bar kan alleen betaald worden met pin.

We hope that this website provides enough information to become a member or to visit our park. There is currently NO waiting list, so we are happy to welcome senior and junior members. Also read more information about tennis lessons, competition, toss evenings, etc. As a member you will be kept informed via the website, club app, Facebook, mail and newsletters. New members qget to know other members through the various tournaments, the toss or the (internal) competition.
Membership administration
Sign up/unsubscribe membership
The membership administration can be reached by e-mail at:ledenadministratie@aemstelburgh.nl. The online application form and the contribution rates can be found on the website.
A membership runs from January 1 to December 31 and is automatically extended unless you cancel before December 1 of the current membership year at the membership administration by e-mail. The cancellation is only final when you have received a confirmation of cancellation from the membership administration. If you have not received anything after a week, please contact us again. A cancellation with a body other than the membership administration (eg a trainer) is NOT a valid cancellation and can therefore not be processed.
The contribution will be collected in mid-March. Payment is made via ClubCollect. You can read all about this on the contributions page
Email address and log in to the website and club app
It is very important that we have your correct e-mail address. You will receive your invoices and club information on it. You can log in via the website with your email address and request a password. You can request and adjust your personal data (address, bank details) here. You will also find an overview of your invoices here. We also have a club app. Every member will receive an invitation for this clubapp
You also have access to the list of members and the photo albums. (on the website under member information) and the KNLTB competition formats (respectively among seniors and youth) If logging in does not work, you can always email the membership administration.
KNLTB membership card and (passport) photo
To be able to play tennis at Aemstelburgh you need a KNLTB membership card, which you can find in the clubapp under "KNLTB pas"
For the pass we need a (passport) photo (size no smaller than 300 x 400 pixels). You can upload the photo on the registration form. Without a passport photo you cannot participate in the competition or KNLTB tournaments. The membership card appears digitally on the club app for which you will receive an invitation at the start of membership
Park and catering under own management
Aemstelburgh manages the park, bar and clubhouse privately. This means that volunteers are needed in all kinds of areas. Register with the membership administration or the various committees. At the bar you can only pay with pin.
